About our location

Our offices are in Covent Garden, central London, easily accessible by public transport. We're a five-minute walk from both Covent Garden and Leicester Square underground stations, served by the Piccadilly and Northern lines respectively.

Charing Cross mainline station is ten minutes on foot, providing connections to South East England and suburban rail services. Multiple bus routes stop nearby on The Strand and Charing Cross Road.

The area has limited street parking due to congestion charging and resident permit zones. We recommend using public transport if visiting our offices. Several NCP car parks operate within walking distance for those who must drive.

Before you contact us

Help us understand your situation by briefly describing your organisation's size and sector, the challenge or development need you're addressing, who would participate in training, and your timeline if you have one. This allows us to provide more relevant information in our response.

Our standard timeline from initial enquiry to programme start is six to eight weeks. This includes discovery conversations, programme design, and scheduling. For urgent needs we can sometimes compress this, though it may limit customisation depth. The longest lead time is typically facilitator availability rather than design work.

No, exploratory conversations and high-level needs assessment are provided without charge. If we proceed to a formal discovery phase involving detailed stakeholder interviews and organisational analysis, we discuss scope and any associated fees at that point.

Absolutely. Many clients prefer face-to-face initial conversations. We have meeting space available and can typically accommodate visits with a few days' notice. Alternatively, we're happy to visit your offices or meet at a neutral location if that works better for your schedule.

Initial enquiries are handled by our client services team who will understand your needs and connect you with the appropriate lead facilitator or programme designer. For larger engagements, you'll typically speak with one of our senior partners early in the process.

Yes, we deliver programmes throughout the UK. Our facilitators travel to client sites regularly. For organisations outside major cities, we discuss whether on-site delivery or a blended approach with some virtual sessions might work best. Distance rarely prevents us working together effectively.
